Lorimer Park

SGA with Toole Recreation Planning has recently embarked on the Montgomery County Lorimer Park Master Site Plan project which encompasses 230 acres in total. As the first Montgomery County Park dating back to 1938 and only 132 acres, the park has grown and become a premiere location for recreation! With this growth, there was a need for future direction. SGA will be providing a framework for the Montgomery County Department of Parks, Trails & Historic Sites with management plans, protecting open space and natural resources, additional recreational opportunities, land acquisition, more ADA accessibility, assessment of future needs, analysis of the community’s vision and much more for the future generations to enjoy.
