SGA led the design of the 23-acre St. Paul’s Blue Greenway as part of a broader effort to revitalize the neighborhood and promote a healthier, more resilient community. Working with a multidisciplinary team, the project focuses on creating park spaces, green infrastructure, and recreational areas that serve residents of all ages.

The Greenway will include trails, play areas, and gathering spaces while also supporting environmental goals like stormwater management and habitat restoration. Designed to benefit surrounding neighborhoods and the wider area, it encourages outdoor activity, community engagement, and STEAM learning, while addressing flooding and climate challenges. Overall, the project emphasizes sustainability, accessibility, and community-driven design to enhance quality of life and support long-term growth.
