Project Planner
Alison Eubank, AICP has joined SGA as a Project Planner. Originally from North Carolina, Alison brings over a decade of experience in local and federal government, with a strong background in small area planning, public engagement, and project management.
She completed her Bachelor of Architecture at Clemson University and earned her Master of Urban and Regional Planning from Virginia Commonwealth University. As a Fulbright Scholar at Bauhaus University, Alison explored the intersection of politics and public space—an experience that continues to shape her approach to planning and design.
Alison is passionate about collaborating with communities to create solutions that reflect their unique contexts. Her work often focuses on urban design and park planning, where her love of public spaces truly shines.
At SGA, Alison contributes to statewide contracts, managing work orders and leading planning efforts. Outside of work, she enjoys biking, swimming in the Chesapeake Bay, and tending to her garden.
