Owen Baylosis

Owen is a 2023 graduate from Old Dominion University with a degree in geography with a focus in Geographic Information Systems. They worked in a myriad of different areas over the years with experience in landscape architecture, national parks research, and geospatial technology. Their GIS work has ranged from performing spatial analyses of vehicle crashes, to processing drone imagery for sea level rise in Hampton Roads. Owen is also a native of Norfolk, VA and is looking forward to getting involved in the city’s future development through SGA’s current projects!
