Yuehui Gong
Landscape Designer
Yuehui has joined SGA as a landscape designer. She was born in Suzhou, China. She completed her undergraduate studies in urban planning at Southeast University in China in 2020 and pursued an exchange program in spatial planning in Vienna University of Technology.
She obtained her master’s degree in landscape architecture from the University of Pennsylvania, where she graduated with ASLA award of merit in 2023. During her studies in landscape architecture, Yuehui worked as a research assistant for the McHarg Center and Engineering with Nature team, developing a strong interest in brownfield remediation, water management, and coastal resilience. Yuehui is a life-long learner! She is passionate about 3D modeling, parametric design and data-driven spatial analysis, and keeps exploring the interdisciplinary possibilities of landscape.
In her free time, Yuehui enjoys digital drawing, film, comics. Traveling to different cities always brings her inspiration. She also loves hiking and snowboarding in winter. Welcome to the team Yuehui!
