Spring Valley Farm Park is a unique community park designed by SGA and its architecture affiliate Landmarks SGA, located in historic Bucks County in suburban Philadelphia, PA.
This SGA led team was retained by the Township to prepare a PADCNR funded Site Development Plan for the 10.7 acres property to adapt the site into a unique community park. The master plan proposes an environmental themed passive park that focuses on native ecosystems conducted through a strategic invasive plant removal and replanting program. There are a variety of trails available, providing optimal recreational experiences. Additionally, updates will accommodate the hosting of low impact events in a landform amphitheater as well as carefully designed lawn areas. SGA has been assisting in the field providing the Township with hands-on guidance on initial implementation projects.
