Garrigan Speaking on Nutrient Neutral Development on Brownfields at National Brownfield Conference in Philadelphia

by SGA

SGA Principal, Sean Garrigan will be part of a panel session, including U.S. Environmental Protection Agency policy representatives and private practice development attorneys focused on the challenges of meeting new and pending stormwater regulations.

A special emphasis of the session will relate to the redevelopment of urban and brownfields sites. Concern about sediment and nutrients in waterways is driving cities and states to adopt more stringent stormwater management regulations, especially within the Chesapeake Bay Watershed where SGA is currently working on a U.S. EPA Area-Wide Planning Brownfields Pilot Project.
