SGA selected as Planning Consultant for U.S. EPA Area-Wide Brownfields Planning Project and HUD Challenge Planning – Smart Code Implementation for the City of Ranson, WV

SGA was recently selected by the City for Ranson as the prime consultant leading a team of consultants to prepare the City’s U.S. EPA Area-Wide Brownfields Plan focused on the redevelopment of the City’s former industrial corridor in its downtown. SGA was also selected as part of team led by Placemakers to develop a Smart Code Ordinance for the entire City. This project is funded by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
