Stromberg/Garrigan & Associates will be found conversing with the public at City Hall to unveil Norfolk Thrive – an ecological and economic plan for the Harbor Park area. This open-house meeting will be held in an effort to respond to the wants and needs of the community. While the vicinity is a current eyesore next to the Norfolk Tides baseball stadium, Harbor Park’s waterfront access has the potential to attract visitors and businesses alike in an effort to clean and connect the area to the rest of downtown.

Citizens of Norfolk are invited to provide feedback at City Hall in downtown Norfolk from 4-6pm on Wednesday, May 15th, 2019, where Norfolk Thrive will be unveiled to the public for the first time.
