SGA Principal Sean Garrigan will be part of a panel session entitled “Funding and Partnerships to Achieve Sustainable Redevelopment” at this year’s Pennsylvania Chapter of the American Planning Association’s Annual Conference to be held in the City of Lancaster, PA on October 5th, 2010. The focus of the session will be redeveloping formerly used properties in a sustainable way and funding necessary to fill common financial gaps. While there are several public funding sources available for redevelopment, access to those sources is not always feasible because the real estate deal does not have the right partnerships in place at the right time.
