Serving as specialists in the field of developing parks, recreation and trail facilities on brownfields sites, SGA staff participated in a multi-day public charrette process held in early December to re-vision the City of Allentown Pennsylvania’s mostly dormant Lehigh River Waterfront. The planning process is part of a larger U.S. Department of Transportation Smart Transportation Initiative Funding Program Grant Project to develop a comprehensive land use and transportation master plan for the area.
