A public presentation held on September 11th revealed the most recent updates for RASAP 2030 – the Virginia Beach Resort Area Strategic Action Plan. Amongst the 2030 action plan items were connected green spaces, a gateway at 21st Street, and the ViBe Creative District Connectivity Plan (ViBe Connectivity Plan) for pedestrian-friendly streetscapes.
We are pleased to have taken part in the visualization process with WPA, WPL and the entire consultant team. The City of Virginia Beach has much to look forward to in 2030. We will continue to assist in design development and implementation as the plan updates move towards finalization.
