Our landscape architects and resiliency design team are pleased to be the lead site designers for the Pru and Louis Ryan Resilience Lab for the Elizabeth River Project. The project includes cutting-edge approaches to vegetated living shoreline restoration and a waterfront environmental Learning Park on a former brownfield. SGA’s innovative climate adaptive landscape design highlights an array of green infrastructure resilient building techniques that can be deployed by homeowners, small business owners, and developers, with the goal of creating a living laboratory of practical techniques that can be deployed throughout Hampton Roads to make the region more resilient to climate change. We are pleased to be collaborating with Work Program Architects on this great project for the Norfolk, VA community.
