We’ve just received word from the City of Norfolk’s Office of Resilience that construction will be starting this June on our open space project along the east side trail of the Elizabeth River. SGA is proud to be converting a prior brownfield into a waterfront multi-use community space that features both storm water management tools and provides ease of access to residents as they travel the trail or attend local events like ball games.
