We are very excited to announce that using funds from an EPA Assessment Grant, we developed a reuse plan for the Warner Theatre and surrounding area. We were able to includes remediation cost estimates, a detailed analysis of parking and access needs, and placemaking concepts to incorporate other assets on South High Street. A community-drive vision was achieved with input from local stakeholders.
