A local news station toured the nearly complete Ryan Resilience Lab located between Colley Avenue and Knitting Mill Creek. The building has been engineered to withstand flooding and sea-level rise over time. The project includes outdoor educational spaces to serve as a venue for classes and hands-on opportunities for visitors to engage with the site. The river-facing shite was redeveloped with a living shoreline was recently planted and has replaced aging bulkhead.
